Room and windows shook every time a plane took off. Staff recognised this but didn’t have any other rooms. Totally pointless for an airport hotel. Only food was chicken wings. Bizarre.

Modern and clean. I love how aesthetic and minimalist the whole place were. 7 minutes away from San Francisco Airport. Accessible to Uber. Around 30 minutes away from San Francisco City Proper
Was lousy there was only free coffee. For stay in such a high-end hotel you would’ve thought we would’ve gotten free breakfast a muffin was 5 to 7 dollars you had to pay for water you had to pay many dollars for a piece of fruit lousy customer service at breakfast specifically, I shouldn’t have to go to an outside restaurant to get my breakfast

We booked this hotel because it was next to the Millbrae Bart Station.

The location was great, a few minutes from SFO airport, very close to very good supermarkets and restaurants. It would be great to put in a gym for us travelers open 24/7. Kitchenette great, wifi good, staff very very helpful and friendly. Dr Sunny Stout-Rostron

Friendly helpful hotel, with comfortable room and amenities!
Friendly helpful hotel, with comfortable room and amenities! Appreciate an electric jug for boiling water rather than a coffee maker.
I received almost six messages/email from booking.com and hotel about reservation. Maybe this is a bit excessive. .

Great hotel if you need to stay near the airport for an early flight. The airport shuttle was really handy, and basically runs 24 hours. The walk to the BART station and nearby food places was pretty easy, but might be difficult if you have mobility challenges. Also, one of the elevators was broken when we stayed there, so that was pretty annoying as there were a lot of people staying in the hotel. There are a couple of grocery stores nearby too, as the food and snacks for purchase in the lobby were insanely overpriced.

This large traditional motor hotel has charming old-school bungalow-style rooms that have been refurbished with comfortable beds and pleasant decor. A three-story building with elevators houses the economy rooms to the rear of the older property. Check-in was easy, the water was hot, there was a small frig, single-serve coffeemaker and cable tv, but no microwave or smart tv. The entire place was immaculate. Free WiFi stood up to Skype but charging outlets were minimal. The main problems I encountered were some conversation and toilet noise from tenants above and an air conditioner/heater that ran so loud and switched on and off so frequently that I had to turn it off for sleep. A lovely included breakfast is served 6:00 to 9:30. The lack of an airport shuttle may be a problem but parking is also included. There is a pool and the usual ice, but the soda vending machine was inoperative. Overall a good choice for last-minute practical near-airport accommodation.
SamTrans bus from the airport (1 floor below the arrivals level) brings you in 5 minutes to the Millbrea-BART station, which is across the street from the hotel. Free coffee at check-in. Good shower with soap, shampoo and conditioner. No street noise during the night (we slept with the window open - which has a fly screen btw). If you want to go downtown, the BART train will take you there in about 25 minutes. A cosy hotel with eye for the environment.
Everything was beautiful! The convenience of the airport shuttle was great. This stay was at the end of a very disappointing vacation in Monterey. (floods, power outages). The hotel and staff were beyond wonderful. The room was spotless and very comfortable! The amenities in the hotel were top notch. Thank you for making an otherwise sad experience worth staying in San Francisco!
The hotel was very close to the airport, they provide a free shuttle from and to every 15 mins which is very convenient. The room was decent sized, especially if you are traveling on your own. They have some limited food options and convenient stores in the lobby. Lobby was bright and comfy. The gym is clean and has good equipments, a plus for me.
I think that this is a very good airport hotel. Comfortable clean rooms, relatively quiet, very well equipped gym and good food options. The hotel was easy to access from the terminal and was perfect after a long flight to rest and prepare for the next travels. Staff were also friendly and helpful.
Our room has a kitchen, which is very useful for our stay. The location is also good. La Quinta by Wyndham San Francisco Airport West is very close to the airport; compared with the hotels in the downtown San Francisco, the nearby area of La Quinta hotel is safe.
Awesome spot! Had a one night layover and the location is great but it's way more than just an airport hotel. The room was awesome and super livable and in addition to that the free breakfast actually had great food and the whole place was clean and modern.
Location was a short walk from the Caltrain and very near the airport. Much cheaper than some hotels nearby. Shuttle service every 15 mins to the airport. Bonus was a pool and fire pit area which I wasn’t expecting.
The location is great if you need to be close to SFO. The hotel is connected to the SFO terminals by a train that is easy to take. Room and bed are great and comfortable. The services and restaurant are high-level.
The price was a little on the high end (5xx) in July but the area is pretty safe as of writing and plenty of shops/restaurants are within walking distance as is the Millbrae station. Will definitely book again.
Everything appears to have been recently updated. Everything was in excellent condition, clean and comfortable. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was as good as any of the chain hotels motels.
Very clean, close to airport and train system, relatively modern and large room. You cannot go wrong with this hotel. Decent breakfast but only from 7am, and no fresh bread.
