Spent two weeks for work. Had a great stay, very convenient. The GYM was mostly empty and the room was large. There was coffee tea and soda 24/7 at the loby. The bed was comforable and the shower very large. The hotel has a very nice vibe and felt clean and new. Next door there's a nice coffee place and salad restaurant.

The positives...the bed is comfortable, the shower works. On the "maybe" side...the room was dark, the furnishing is skimpy and it just doesn't feel like you want to stay there any longer than necessary. There is a Keurig coffee machine in the room which is good.

I had some big issues with baggage not arriving at the airport. Staff member Kim was brilliant in assisting in getting me back to the airport and back to the hotel again, very early in the morning. Understanding that I had not slept, gave me a later checkout. Superstar. Thanks Kim.

The view was amazing - the front desk girls went above and beyond - even writing a hand written note in our room wishing us a happy anniversary - along with a bottle of champagne and a box of chocolates. They really made our night. The valet was prompt and very courteous. Over all a great experience - right down to the shampoo and body gel in the shower - convenient dispensing!!
