Really old hotel, with an obvious facelift and some improvements, but it is clear that we were is a 30+ year old hotel.
Staff was great at the front desk and very friendly, which I know is probably the toughest obstacle to overcome these days, so we’ll done!

The room was big, receptionist were nice and helpful.
Morristown is a great active town. Has something for everyone. We had excellent meals and attended a rummage sale all within a short distance from each other. Also, on a previous visit, got to chat very casually with the mayor at a popular coffee shop.

We were here for a track meet, and the location of this hotel was perfect. Eat at Nonna's while you are here. Amazing Italian at a very reasonable price. The linguine with white clam sauce was amazing. The Hyatt House was perfect when traveling with our runners. We had a two bedroom suite which was fantastic. Full court basketball, a nice pool, great TV's, full kitchen, and friendly staff. Jose is the best!
the room/suite was fantastic. a really well equipped kitchenette, exceptionally comfortably bed and even the sofa bed passed the teenager test! breakfast was good and sufficient for what you need. location for us was great as we needed to be near Morristown, Madison and Parsippany.

The restaurant was still closed forcing us to leave the property for dinner and breakfast. After nine hours in a car, this was not a good thing. A hotel in the class of a Westin should have made more of an effort to ensure its facilities were fully open.
Proximity to Morristown is great. Morristown is a great town with lots to offer. The hotel is not technically walking distance however. Good access to surrounding areas and towns and not far from Short Hills Mall.
Not fancy yet clean and comfortable. Walkable to many Morristown attractions. Historic feel and nicely kept up. Staff are very nice - especially George at the front desk - very helpful and kind.
No breakfast really. The hotel doesn't have restaurant style food services. A traveler should plan to take his or her meals outside the hotel. Many fine choices are available nearby.
