The breakfast was hot and good. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfy and they give you 4 pillows.

The first room we were assigned had a heavy unpleasant deodorizer smell. We complained. And we were moved. That room was better, but there was hair in the restroom. The shower curtain wasn’t long enough. so water went all over the floor. The elevator had the same unpleasant deodorizer smell. My suggestion is to clean. So there is no need to mask a smell with deodorizer.
I mentioned my concerns to the person at check. She showed no genuine interest

Truly friendly and kind staff.
Truly friendly and kind staff. Very clean, the pool looked beautiful though it was too cold for us to swim. Excellent hot breakfast. The shower was lacking—not very hot, not very high pressure and the tub didn’t drain well. I put in a maintenance request that went unanswered, but as we were there two nights it wasn’t too big of a deal. Basic, no-frills room and good value. I’d stay again.

Plenty of hotels and restaurants to choose from especially...
Plenty of hotels and restaurants to choose from especially on highway 63. But Quality Inn is not a great suggestion, that place is in need of an upgrade, does not need to claim they breakfast included. They only serve you donuts and granola bars in a bag. And people hang outside looking at you all strange when you pass them going to your room.

I liked the front desk clerk. She was really nice.
I liked the front desk clerk. She was really nice. Didn't like the rats, no coffee pot. Or hair dryer in room. No breakfast. Need elevator for people that can't walk the steps to second floor. Didn't like it when told them about refrigerator and they put a towel in front of it. Didn't clean the room as good as the should have. Didn't make the beds or put clean sheets on the beds. Didn't like it when you told them about the problems they just laughed. Not very professional

Moss Point is a small town but they do have good restaurants that are ran by locals. Tay's BBQ was very good although you go to the gas station to get it it was some of the best barbecue I've had in awhile.

The room was very large and comfortable.
The room was very large and comfortable. The bed and pillows were great, Safety was important to us and we felt safe there. Other reviews mentioned the air conditioner being very loud but that was not the case in our room. Its a typical hotel window unit, they make noise.
From the front desk faces to the sweet ladies who clean the rooms, this hotel is far more than I expected. I've spent a lot of the past year in a hotel and I truly, deeply appreciate the caring a compassionate nature of the people who run the hotel. They are caring but not nosey. Understanding within reason and they maintain the property to a corporate standard. I give all the stars. Out of every hotel on exit 69, this is by far the best I've stayed in. They treat my dog like family and that is appreciated.
This Best Western is AWESOME. It is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. The room was huge, continental breakfast was delicious and they even folded a towel to look like a little dog holding the remote on the bed! It was impressive all the way around. We will definitely be staying here again. For the price, that was wonderful considering we've stayed at other properties that didn't go the extra mile for the same amount of money. I highly recommend and will be back!
room ..bad no light bulbs removed, tv not working, latch on door cut off, vanity mirror 12 inch plus crack in it , dirty floor ...some one grilling on the steps getting to the room...I'm glad I was alone ..It felt un safe ...Iv had a better stay in none chain flee bags ... the only saving grace the desk staff ..easy to complain to They had no other rooms ..I had travel 800 miles and tolerated this bad stay hotel...
Location was great. The hotel staff was EXCELLENT and made my trip fantastic.
(All staff but especially, Destiny at the front desk and Michelle in housekeeping). My event was in Mobile, but I am glad I ended up stay in Moss Point Holiday Inn. I would not have wanted to stay in any other spot. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to whomever I speak to.
The property was clean. I was actually pleasantly surprised by the space and set-up of the room. it was spacious, the king bed was comfy and the air conditioner wasn’t super noisy like some other hotels. Also everyone at the front desk I came across was pleasant and friendly.
Very clean and very attractive hotel. The staff was very nice and professional. The staff made sure everything was comfortable and made the visit there very satisfying. My husband and I will definitely be back very soon.
This hotel was right next to the interstate, check in was very fast, room was very comfortable. Right next door is a Ruby Tuesday's, across the street is a Cracker Barrel. Everything you could want.
Overall it was a great experience clean rooms service was excellent. Tv and internet worked so glad for that because it didn’t at the last hotel I stayed at
