Loved our stay here. Gorgeous house and gardens. Totally relaxing and well located for visiting Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. It was great to have a full kitchen and they provided lots of delicious food and fresh fruit for breakfast!

It was quiet location and near to Volcano National Park. It had a kettle for making tea/coffee and cooking equipment and shower and toilet. The bed was very comfortable.

In the middle of rainforest country, the perfect place to detach, unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of tourist towns. Super convenient if visiting the volcanoes national park, only a 35 min drive up the road. I also loved how the facilities were super basic and powered off a generator as it added to the feel of being in the middle of nowhere. Check what else is available against price. This is basic camping and certainly not in a fruit rain forest. We were ok with it after we adjusted our concept of what it was. I retract the statement that I never received my email, it was a message on booking.com that I didn’t see or receive till after my visit. Otherwise it was a nice rustic resort in the rainforest. I loved this place.
I loved this place. It was very private, nice sized kitchen and bedroom. Perfect for anyone who would like to spend a few days exploring the Volcanoes National Park. I loved everything about it - our hosts, the suite, the grounds, and the food! We had an incredibly positive experience and I hope that we can return in the future. Even though the retreat was not centrally located - we saw this as a plus. It meant that we were able to relax, enjoy our surroundings and not feel compelled to run out and do something every evening. We were able to maximize our time to relax and lounge around and really take in the full experience of being at an eco-retreat. We also booked the Lomi Lomi massages and they were fantastic!NatalieCanada

It has all kinds of amenities even including purified drinking water and laundry detergent packets. Moreover, we left a power adapter at check out. The management helped us to find it and left it at the gate for us to pick it up.
