Highly recommend the Pioneer Auto Show... noting that not...

Highly recommend the Pioneer Auto Show... noting that not only does it contain autos, but many antiques from the 1900 to 1990. Antique sewing machines to PacMan machines. You have to look... allow at least 2 hours. Also recommend their cafe for breakfast. Absolutely recommend the hamburgers at Circle E Drive In. One of the best on our weeklong trip including the Black Hills. You can eat inside, outside or just drive thu and pick up. French fries were amazing.

Murdo is a nice little town.

Murdo is a nice little town. They have all the basic services and friendly people. We have visited the Pioneer Auto Museum and were pleasantly surprised how much we enjoyed it on a previous visit. Murdo is a stop we make that gets a few more miles in towards our destinations West or return home. This Super 8 is clean and comfortable and a value.

I stayed at this hotel with a friend who was assisting me in driving a UHaul across I-90. We weren’t sure how far we would get that travel day so I didn’t make advance reservations however they were able to accommodate us which we appreciated. Murdo is a very small town with not many choices of places to stay. Breakfast was adequate and we enjoyed chatting with some of the other customers at breakfast. Staff was friendly as well.

We experienced no negative circumstances at this facility. It's a Super 8 that left absolutely no impressions at all, so much so that we had difficulty remembering our stay, though we're sure we did. Murdo was a stop on our way to somewhere else. It kept the rain off our faces, yet will quickly recede from our consciousness - in fact, it already has...!

I was very impressed with the Ireland Inn. Even in the offseason of this tourist town, I found the perfect room for my one night stay and at the most reasonable price. Very clean and quiet and I found the owner to be very pleasant and helpful. If you find yourself in Murdo and need a one night stay or a weeklong stay, you can't go wrong with this one.

This place is not like mainstream hotel chains. Cosy and comfortable. Extremely clean with the BEST shower and bed in our travels through three states! Breakfast at the local family restaurant across the road was excellent with wonderful friendly staff. I will be recommending staying here to all my friends and family.

Throughout the halls, there were historic photos and artifacts from the Murdo area. It was very cool to learn about this small SD community. Room was big. Breakfast was hot and delicious. If you stay here, check out Rusty Spur Steakhouse a few blocks down for dinner.

The hotel provides necessity items for your stay but the best thing I like was the cleanness of the room, bathroom and bedding. Mattress & pillows were very comfortable. Price was reasonable. I would stay there again.
