The biggest disappointment was that there really wasn't a room with a kitchen as described. I guess thats not really the motels fault but how its listed on booking. The wifi only worked in the parking lot, and the room was pretty cramped. The neighborhood was nice and it was a great place to walk the dogs. No breakfast either but the dinner nextdoor was great. Overall it was ok and i always appreciate any place that allows dogs but it was not what we expected.Suzanne - 6.0Scored 6.0
Naubinway is a place to go through, not a place to go to.
Naubinway is a place to go through, not a place to go to. Lots of local color. King's has shirts, smoked fish (good stuff), odds and ends stuff. Hiawatha pasties on the north side of Route 2 are very good. Country Girl Diner good comfort food; Pizza place good food but limited days and hours. No nightlife here, but nice people. Tahquamenon Falls about 1.25 hours away, Lake Michigan beaches near.
