The location is good, comfortable to get to any part of Miami from there. Bus line and Hop On Hop off station are close. Nice basic american breakfast. The shower is great. The pool is wuiet and nice. Although our room was at the road side, it was quiet. They sent us to Miami port with a free shuttle 🙂

Great location, amazing beach, and it has a very good restaurant. It is expensive because the area is expensive but overall the service for the cost is justifiable. The bar in the lobby is also nice and you can walk down the beach to other hotel bars and restaurants or to enjoy the view. We really enjoyed the hotel and it was quite luxurious if not among the most luxurious hotels of the area.

We really liked the separate bedroom and leaving room with kitchen. Staff was always friendly, especially Claudio at reception. Good air conditioning.
Location was great. Very handy washing machine and dryer. Supermarket was very close and choice of restaurants on the doorstep. I would return to this hotel

Location is very nice, the hotel is just across the beach and the pool has a nice view of the water. The pool has a Greek restaurant with excellent food. Breakfast was okay but the view from the terrace is really worth it. The stuff was friendly.

THE HOTEL IS NASTY. THE FRONT AREA, THE ELEVATOR, THE HALLWAY AND THE BEDROOM AND BATHROOM. THERE WAS ALSO SOMEONE BANGING ON MY DOOR AT 1:20 AM IN THE MORNING AND TRYING TO USE THEIR KEY TO GET IN MY ROOM. I CALLED THE FRONT DESK WHICH TOOK AWHILE TO ANSWER AND TOLD THEM THAT SOMEONE IS TRYING TO GET IN MY ROOM, A SHORT TIME LATER A FEMALE SECURITY WHO HARDLY COULD GET OUT HER OWN WAY CAME TO THE DOOR AND I TOLD HER WHAT HAD HAPPEN AND SHE SAID SHE DIDN'T SEE ANYONE BUT THEY WOULD CHECK THE CAMERA. Am still awaiting my $100 refund to go back into my account. This was explained to me and my wife, the money was held for any damages that may occur during my stay. I checked out on the 25th of December and today is the 28th of December. It’s only suppose to take 72 hrs or three days. I’ll wait another day before I start making some calls.

I liked the location, very convenient to beaches, Home Depot, North Miami, & Whole Foods, those were just the closest businesses. There are other businesses further away but knowing I didn't have to travel was a convenience to me and I had the pizza across the street also. The hotel is in a safe area of Miami, I'm sure that would be a concern for people coming to Miami. Convenient Location!
