Location was perfect! The room was really nice and spacious. we were welcomed by Barbara who gave us useful information and recommendations about restaurants. She also was a lifesaver and texted us about items we forgot in the room :)
Enjoy our waterfront location on Cape Cod Bay in Provincetown’s East End.

We had a 2nd floor room with a nice sea view. The room was very spacious, and the bed was very confortable. Everything was clean. The breakfast is simple but the products (muffins, fruits, yogurts) are good. The location of the hotel is nice (almost on the beach). Overall, great value for money.

Need a higher toilet seat and a bar in the tub.
Need a higher toilet seat and a bar in the tub. Lots of places not open due to COVID. Lots of places out of business cannot get help. Had a car so got around. Liked the beaches. Would have liked ocean front room. Tourist info closed. Went into other towns looking to eat breakfast. N Truro is pretty. I would avoid places without handicapped accessibility

Already stated the bathrooms were ridiculously outdated.
Already stated the bathrooms were ridiculously outdated. Floor caving in near bed. Mold and poorly patched ceiling. Not attractive inside at all. Bed was very comfortable but room felt damp. Rug was unattractive

We stayed in North Truro because we couldn't find reasonably priced accommodations in Provincetown. The result was a pleasant surprise, especially at our motel, which was located close to the PTown line. The 'town center' doesn't have much to see, but we did find a few relaxing places for a quick, tasty affordable bite to eat. Accommodations offer great alternative to the hustle, bustle, and (becoming) overpriced PTown.

Love this area because it's off the beaten path.
Love this area because it's off the beaten path. There's not a lot of tourist traps. No sitting in traffic to get to where you want to go. Gorgeous beaches aand beautiful sky. If you are a photographer there are endless photo opportunities in North Truro. If you love stargazing, the nights here are breathtaking! If you enjoy hiking or biking, there are many places to do both. Provincetown is a short drive away with its numerous shops and great restaurants. Whale watching is fantastic here..or you can tour the dunes off road on a dune tour. My favorite time to visit is off season..less people and room rates are discounted dramatically!

The Hotel location on a little hill is very pretty and the view towards Provincetown is amazing!
The room is well equipped but simple. The bed is extremely comfortable.
The breakfast includes a variety of things. We loved the selection of bagels and the fresh fruit.
The staff is really kind and helpful.
The king-size bed was very comfortable and we had a nice view of Cape Cod Bay in the distance from our balcony. Shower tile was very clean and obviously had been re-grouted recently. AC wall unit was dust-free which I very much appreciated as this seems to get overlooked at many places.
The beauty of this hotel is the location. The issue with Cape Cod is that there is a limited supply of places to stay. This one fits the bill just fine. It's overpriced since it's cape cod, but exactly what you would expect. It works!
This hotel is in the best location! If you bring your dog they have a dog park on the property. I loved everything about it, other than our neighbors who were partying but that had nothing to do with the hotel.
Great location… on the beach/bay side but a quick drive to the ocean. Reception/Jim (?) was super friendly and even offered us a beach umbrella when we realized we had forgotten ours… so nice!!
The staff was friendly. The access/location to the beach was nice. Close enough to Ptown to get away from all the activities there but close enough to go and enjoy without a long drive.
Loved being on the beach. We got in late due to drive being over 5hrs and staff was VERY accommodating. Loved that figured out the fire pit and the joy out husky had chasing waves.
on the beach. comfortable bed/pillows. close to Ptown! clean and tidy. lots of seating area outside. only complaint was that shower was not very hot. will book again
