It was really clean and the bed was amazingly soft. I slept like a baby.

The location was not safe and secure. The room was filthy mold in fridge, blood on walls, microwave stunk and was dirty and the fridge couldn't be used and the air conditioner didn't work. The hole was booked to capacity.AAnonymous - 4.0Scored 4.0
Early check in was great.
Early check in was great. No complimentary breakfast and no maid service during our stay was disappointing. If you don’t get your room cleaned or a breakfast then they should discount the price or at least tell there is no complimentary breakfast or maid service when you make your reservation. Probably my first and last time staying with them.

Room was very clean, and nicely furnished! Bed was comfy, and I loved the decor!! Breakfast was a hit, everything in the room worked. The front desk associates were polite and informative...professional!! Was in a great location, tucked away from a busy intersection. I would stay here again, and I rate it a 💯

Me and my toddler really love the Blue Hotel... That’s what she calls it.. Bed was really comfy and I love the pillows... In a nice quiet area... Staff was really polite and helpful.. We will be staying again...

I was there for my anniversary and was not pleased with the condition of my room it was nasty. The manager Nancy took care of all my concerns. She put us in a cleaner room..I would have checked out had it not been for her. The food was horrible. I had a retreat at this hotel years ago and the food was great then, but the hotel was in horrible shape inside and out with the exception of some rooms. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good; the children were suitably impressed with the Cinnabon rolls!
