I didn't like the desk person, they didn't put enough towels, we ask for one and he said that next day with the clean lady.

I grew up here. I don't recommend it for anything.
I grew up here. I don't recommend it for anything. The construction and traffic are out of hand and there are no entertainments close by. Orange Park used to be Tree City and a bird sanctuary. It was pretty. It's pretty disgusting, now. I went to see family who is still there. Otherwise, I avoid it.

Staff was friendly helpful and professional . Many restaurants were available, gas stations, grocery stores. The outside pool appeared well maintained. No bugs or mold in the room also the bathroom was very clean. Parking was just under the room I stayed in but the hotel has security cameras. The surrounding areas also were safe.

Awful condition from the outside to the inside with the roaches and swelling cigarette order in the room. I paid for a room but because of time constraint slept in my car showered at the Gym to make my flight the next afternoon.
Staff was not very friendly. I was in town due to my aunt having an accident and is in ICU. We arrived at the hotel late. I was basically scolded at check in for my cousin using Booking.com to make the reservation. I was also addressed at the time of checkout. It was an emergency situation and we were just trying to find a place near the hospital. We ran out of toilet paper. I understand there is no housekeeping during our stay; however, leaving us with less than a half of a roll with no backup???
I had my employee here and she requested to move rooms over it being a disabled room, the window was blocked off and concreted in. The customer service rep told her no that she could go to another hotel. Employees were sleeping behind the counters. I will never send another training manager from my company to this hotel.
Honestly the main reasons we chose this hotel is convenience & being able to smoke in the room. They also have coffee available 24/7...catch it at the right time & it'll be hot. The room wasn't bad but the wood floors were dirty & there was a little bit of trash behind the nightstand.
The only thing positive was the front desk staff. Very friendly and professional. They belong in a higher end hotel. I was scheduled to stay two nights but could only stay one night because of the noise and rowdy guests. I booked through booking.com and was unable to get refund.
The staff was super friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel was clean and convenient to everything. Everything we needed was right there. Bed was comfy and love that they use Paul Mitchell for toiletries.
The location of this motel is very convenient. The general environment was safe and the staff was helpful.
There are practically a variety of restaurants nearby and orange park mall as well.
The room was big enough. The location was very good. Orange park is near the downtown, 15 minutes. Easy to arrive from airport. And easy to drive to st. Augustine. Kind and pleasant stuff.
