I didn't even stayed. I got there some time after midnight from the airport and the front door was locked. There was someone else who let me into the lobby to check in. Then the attendant told me that my reservation was canceled and that there was nothing she could do. She told me to ask for a refund and make a new reservation, then come back at 3 pm. It was about 30 to 40 degrees outside and I told her that I needed a place to sleep and she didn't seem to care or look for other options.

The hotel features free Wi-Fi access and guests receive a complimentary breakfast voucher for our neighborhood bakery Tous Les Jours.
