Well maintained gardens and facilities, spacious practical and pleasant room, friendly and accommodating staff and comfortable bed and pillows. The morning breakfast sets you up for the day ahead, we especially enjoyed the sausage and egg and the mickey waffles. Really important for us with two young children is how safe we felt in the hotel. Attentive and alert security on the gate and around the property. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit.

Orlando is an excellent place to bring the family. This trip was specifically for Disney, but there is plenty to do outside of that. There is access to many malls, shopping centres, amusement parks, and activities. Entertainment is available for the whole family, irrespective of age. We are sincerely looking forward to our next trip.

I truly enjoyed the theme parks & the night life. My partner & I dined at McDonalds, Dennys, Ihop, Salty, Long Horns & Red Lobsters. Because of how conveniently located the hotel was to many of the restaurant & sites, we walked. We had a rental from Alamo but only used it when it rained & when we went site seeing. I would avoid such a short stay.

Orlando isn't only about adventure parks. Leu Gardens is a lovely place to spend the afternoon. Well-designed garden. Kraft Azalea Park was another gem. Great place to take a hike in nature or meander through an old fashioned neighborhood.

Traffic is horrible.
Traffic is horrible. Stay close to what you want to do most. Food prices are higher than back home. Parking fees, resort fees and taxes make reasonable stays expensive so be careful and inquire about ad ons in advance. There are red light cameras with high ticket prices. Bring rain gear.

It's excellent value for the money. The rooms are a bit dated, but confortable and fit for purpose. The location is great, in the middle of all the action (which is the reason one goes to Orlando after all!), less than 20 min drive to Disney parks and very close to Universal.
