We had a booking for the night but when we arrive past 10p, the room was not ready ?? How is it even possible· anyway the lady at the desk told us we had to wait 1.30 hour for the room. Of course we asked to cancel the booking, she assured us it was done but wr should have checked before leaving : the booking was not canceled, we are still waiting for our money back

Perfect location, big room, comfy bed, very clean. But there was no internet at all. Only restaurant in town was a Wendys so eat before you get there unless you're cooking in the room. Very quiet even while it was full of construction workers. The hotel is now called Candlewood and no address on the building. Glad we skipped Grand Junction and stayed there, will stay again, even without the internet. Booking.com needs to update their website on this location.

Parachute had the best rest stop we’ve ever seen!
Parachute had the best rest stop we’ve ever seen! Free wifi, clean restrooms and a great welcome center. There was also a very nice playground for the kids and some fun solar panels that were made to look like flowers. There were hotels, restaurants and dispensaries all within a short distance of the rest stop. Made our last minute decision to stay the night easier.

Great stay, nice location; unfortunately, the $75 tow hitch receiver (American Flag) was stolen from this location. Parachute has really beautifully placed hotels right in between the mesas..Pretty clean and 2 hotels have a nice pool that is open during covid...The price is unbeatable! The candlewood is new and rooms are huge with a full size fridge with pans for cooking on the stove along with dishes and many other extras if you plan a longer stay...ShannonUnited States - 10Scored 10
After traveling all day it was just what we needed.
After traveling all day it was just what we needed. Our daughter was pleased to discover the pool was still open when we arrived (around 10pm) just what she needed to unwind after being in the vehicle all day!! Room was super clean, comfy bed, plenty of room to move around. The staff was AMAZING!!! Will definitely be staying again next trip!! Super easy to find and had plenty of parking. Our room had a nice seating area, mini fridge (freezer didn’t freeze, may have not been turned down properly) and a decent selection of tv channels to watch while we wind down from the day. The bathroom was spacious, clean and well stocked with towels, soap and shampoo. The king sized bed was comfortable and felt new.

We accidentally left the lights on inside of our car overnight and she let us use her personal jumper cables to jump our car. The hotel was fairly clean and smelled nice. The beds were firm but not uncomfortable.
