This place was the worse place we have ever been to and we go to Pigeon Forge 3 weeks a year, nasty stains on the walls, beds where broke down, bathtub was busted, the TV didn’t work, no cleaning service at all, had to go to Walmart and buy bath towels and wash rags, we left on Friday and had the room till Sunday but that place was unlivable… never again..

Place was very nice and roomy. Staff was super nice
Pigeon Forge is a family entertainment hotbed in the Great Smoky Mountains. Though ‘great’ is quite an understatement, as the sight of blue mist hovering above forested peaks is simply breathtaking.
The most famous attraction is undoubtedly Dollywood, where a steam train puffs around a host of rides and shows in a theme park named after country legend Dolly Parton. Within the grounds is the Southern Gospel Museum and Hall of Fame, and next door are pools and waterslides at Dolly’s Splash Country.
Cowboy boots should be at the ready for the singer’s Dixie Stampede dinner theatre and the Country Tonite Theater, and toe-tapping is also virtually guaranteed at the Grand Majestic Theater and Smoky Mountain Opry.
The Old Mill is a wooden watermill on the Little Pigeon River, once part of a forge complex which sparked the town’s name. Also by the river are some Pigeon Forge outlet malls and the NASCAR SpeedPark which hosts car and truck events. The Elvis Museum houses memorabilia of ‘The King’ while the Titanic Museum is a floating, half-size replica of the doomed ship.
This is just the tip of the iceberg and with Booking.com’s great deals on pet-friendly hotels and cheap motels on Pigeon Forge Parkway, you might just be tempted to do what the town’s sign requests: Y’all come back.

Unfortunately, we arrived during a huge CAR SHOW & Pigeon Forge was JAMMED with cars & people! Terrible traffic jams and total gridlock downtown & on some side streets. Trolleys were either not running at all or stuck in the same traffic jams in the downtown area. We would definitely avoid any huge shows or large crowded activities in the future!! All parking & eating establishments were filled to capacity & then some. NEEDED: Some sort of TRAFFIC CONTROL during these huge events!! There were unmanageable gridlocks for the entire event! NEVER AGAIN.

Pigeon Forge has become my new (Go-To) destination!
Pigeon Forge has become my new (Go-To) destination! Have been here 4 times in under a year and have two more trips planned for spring and summer! Originally my stay was centered around (Dollywood), but when you travel through Severe County and especially (Pigeon Forge), it's hard not to fall in love with this place! There is so much to do here that it never gets old, and I find myself wanting to explore more and more! Wish I lived closer, so I could visit more often! maybe one day I'll move here and be able to enjoy it all...all the time!

We enjoyed our visit to Pigeon Forge sweetly nestled in the Smoky Mountains. We visited the area a couple of years ago and were surprise to see that it is becoming more commercialized. But love the area all the same
It is a wonderful place for honey mooners, famlies, and spring breakers. There are great amusement parks and resturants and shopping. However, sadly not very conducive to retirees.
Gatlinburg is very close and also a must visit. After enjoying shopping, resturants, and many family activities be sure to enjoy hiking and breathing in the Smoky Moutain scenic views and the crisp fresh air.

A unique community…very adventure entertainment centered.
A unique community…very adventure entertainment centered. Being able to drive to Great Smoky Mountain national park within 20 minutes, close to Gatlinburg. We’re new to the upstate and it was a great locale for a 3 night getaway.
The wheel on the Island, shops and Sky Fly was good fun, Parrot Mountain (10 min drive) was another first for us, so many beautiful birds to interact with. Next time we’ll tackle Dollywood when the great grandkids in tow.

We loved the room the pools the slides had kitchen ware which made things a lot easier very nice when requesting something would just bring it right up. Great location restaurants right around and only a short drive to all the attractions. Walmart right across the way very convenient.
This hotel is perfect to us! Right by the river, beautiful walking area, comfortable firepit outside! This is our 4th stay here, and this time, it was literally perfect. The room smelled very, very clean, unexpectedly fresh, and clean, and it made our night sleeping so much more comfortable! Staff is beyond friendly! Also, the open bible with a marker and prayer for you by the g.m of the hotel had now made us customers for life! Anytime we stay in Pigeon forge or the smokies, it will be at the inn on the river! Thank you again!
The staff was so friendly and helpful! The hotel was super clean! The prices are super reasonable! The location was perfect! Within 2 miles of all of the attractions in Pigeon Forge, and 25 minutes from Gatlinburg! Loved having a pool inside; as well as outside. We always had hot water available morning or night! Gail and Shirley were great; as well as all of housekeeping and maintenance!!😊
The hotel was decent. Nothing spectacular but nothing horrible either. The rooms were nice. The indoor pool was amazing, especially the lazy river. Zack was very welcoming and exciting to talk with. The rooms were pretty clean. The shower had very hot water, which is amazing. The location was easily accessed and close to everything on the parkway. It was really quiet at night.
The location was PERFECT! Right on the edge of Pigeon Forge, before you get on the road to Gatlinburg. The staff was very friendly! It was also very quiet and peaceful at this hotel, not to mention the rooms were very nice with the balconies. We will be getting the river view balcony next time, however, the roadside view was still very nice!
Room was CLEAN & very spacious. Enjoyed the fireplace. Employees were all friendly. Definitely got my money's worth. Location was right in the middle of Pigeon Forge, even close enough for a quick drive up to Gatlinburg. Plenty of things for a family to do together. This will be my go-to hotel everytime we go to Pigeon Forge!
The complimentary breakfast was okay - but the breakfast room was quite small leading to conjestion at popular times. Being on the Parkway the hotel can be quite noisy with traffic noise at all hours (including "boy racers" and their noisy exhausts). If you are a light sleeper then take ear plugs
We were so pleased with this resort! We usually stay at a nicer more popular resort that is more like an upscale hotel. But we were so comfortable at CW and the price was so much better! We slept great, were able to relax. Location was perfect! We’ll be staying here again!
The indoor pool and hot tub were such a fun plus! Our room was in the included area of the pool which was great! The rooms were spacious and clean! The breakfast was great also. Will definitely recommend and be returning to this hotel in the future.
The location of the hotel is great for visiting the island. We loved being able to walk outside our door and be right there in the middle of all the action. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable.
Great value right on the Parkway! Clean, quiet hotel with a great free breakfast! Friendly staff always ready to help. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pigeon Forge!
I do not think I’ve ever stayed somewhere as great as this hotel. So clean, drinks at all times, popcorn at 7p live music indoor pool and hot tub. I’ll never stay anywhere else
Very nice hotel, staff very friendly. Breakfast was great! It's right on the main strip in Pigeon Forge, attractions are all just a couple minutes/walking distance!
It was outside is city limits of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, kinda tucked away in a hollow. So, close to stuff but also felt remote. It was clean and comfortable.
