My sister had just died and we were making a two day trip to Montana. They were very kind and helpful with info on where to eat and suggested a quiet walk around the beautiful Koi pond after dinner. We were so pleased that we stayed there on the way back home.

Alex is the BEST - he made everything a 5 stars VIP experience and beyond. Staff at front desk was also top notch. The Chef Lady from the restaurant came out to introduce herself and ask if I liked the meal she prepared - so genuinely kind of her to make that effort. Megan from the Starbucks downstairs is always so sweet, and the other girl working there just so full of kindness, that it gave everything a flavor of bright and warm place to be.
