The staff was very friendly/professional - despite the computer system being down. In my book their attitude is very important - especially when dealing with the situation they faced.

The view was beautiful from our room with a balcony, but there is no seating to sit outside to enjoy the view...the room was run down and the facilities were not in the greatest shape...We even upgraded and paid for a better room, so I am not sure what a regular room would have looked like...this is not a $250-300 night hotel room...Parking was terrible as they were having parties and the guests have no where to park, without walking a long way

Goldwater lake was easy to get to.
Goldwater lake was easy to get to. Had fishing, hiking and benches all along the trail and great pictures of the lake, picnic areas for gatherings, volley ball nets, covered areas for groups. Watson lake was extremely different lake. Wednesdays is a free day for both the lakes otherwise $3.00 a day. Big boulders surrounding the lake and trails with white dots to show the way between the boulders.
Eating we want to Texas Roadhouse which is a dependable steak house and we were not disappointed. It was good. We checked the other steak houses in the area and they were $35 for a steak whereas Texas Roadhouse I got the shish kabob for $15.00.
Prescott has everything you would want. Costco, Lowes, Walmart, movie theaters, restaurants, but everything is on a hill.
The old town square is beautiful and at times has craft/art fares. They light up the trees for the holiday season. This is also where whiskey row is located. Worth the visit to see old hotels, bars etc.

I was in town for work.
I was in town for work. It took up all of my time, so unfortunately, I wasn't able to enjoy all of the wonderfulness that Prescott has to offer. However, it's definitely a trip worth taking. The most beautiful sunrise and sunsets against the perfectly placed mountainside.
The air is so fresh and pure, and the resident's are delightful!

The town of Prescott is a fun little city.
The town of Prescott is a fun little city. Our first time was a great experience. There are some many different things to do. There are so many different little stores, restaurants, bars, arts & crafts shops, and are favorite, the Antique stores. The people are so friendly and very helpful. You will enjoy your visit.
Room230 was renovated, great view of the woods. very quiet. parking was easy. very close to downtown prescott. great location.
food was consistent for the 3 days we stayed. stations were clean and stocked always. The tables were always clean. food was always the right temperature. the dining area was open and Airey you could eat inside or out with a very pleasant morning view. their was a good variety of food.
This is my go-to place for Prescott. For years I stayed at the St. Michael but since finding this hotel, it is the only place I will stay. I loved that it was small (only 20 rooms). It is very quiet yet within a short walk to Whiskey Row and the courthouse. The staff were super nice and seemed to care about their guests. I loved the claw footed bathtub. The onsite parking was also nice.
This 1917 hotel is right off Courthouse Square. Great to walk to downtown Prescott! The owners/staff were delightful and very accommodating. When I asked for a ground floor room, she immediately got us one and it was a suite, which we had not booked! Cute old place with tiny rooms, which is appropriate for the time it was built. Rooms were small but not too small. It all worked.
Room was clean and thoughtfully decorated. The room rate was far below other hotels in town. The staff was super helpful and friendly. (Yay! Abbey!) We weren't sure what to expect, but we were delighted at the accomodations. The motel is a block or two away from the town center: walking distance to dining and whatever else brings you to Prescott.
room was larger than anticipated for the age of the hotel; nice view, perfect location for all Prescott has to offer; very comfortable bed; great window A/C that I could keep the fan going all night so I didn't need my white noise machine. Front desk staff was very personable and friendly
we love the weather in Prescott. this was so close to Whisky Row and we were able to walk there and then come back to hotel to hang whenever we wanted. didn’t have to drive Pool area was beautiful. loved the bar and happy hour the whole look was very welcoming
We were on the 5th floor and had a beautiful view of the desert valley. The beds were overall pretty comfy. The breakfast room service was great and tasty as well as the food in the restaurant for dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Booking.com stated this was a Pet Friendly hotel! It is not, they discontinued pets beginning Jan 2023. Our dog is therapy Service trained so we got to stay, but once in the room we found literature stating that they are pet friendly still.
Great location to roam downtown Prescott. Enjoyed the hotel restaurant and outdoor patio wonderful.
Thank you too Nick, a server inside the restaurant. An act of kindness to complete strangers is unheard of these days.
The staff was wonderful, went out of their way to help me book my room. It felt more like a community than a hotel. I’d love to come back there for an extended stay someday.
