Breakfast was good. Felt bad for only one woman working in the dining room.

Ramsey is a relatively quiet neighbourhood but as we were visiting family, that wasn’t an issue. We ate in a wonderful family run restaurant, Giovanna’s, on the Main St -fabulous!!! Anthony’s Pizza place next door was awesome and Uncle Guiseppes supermarket was within walking distance and offered the most amazing selection of food which we took back to the room to eat in the evening. We didn’t hire a car because New Jersey traffic is a bit crazy 😁😁 so we walked everywhere. As a result, our step count was in the tens of thousands each day!! Ramsey train station is a 30 minute walk from the hotel and trains run every hour to Hoboken, connecting by PATH to NYC. The town is easy to navigate and local folk are very friendly and helpful.

I was pleasantly surprised to see Duluth Store in town.
I was pleasantly surprised to see Duluth Store in town. Ate Mexican in the same center. Although the street arrangements were out dated, IMHO. I would come visit again even just for the inconvenience. Haha ..

Hotel was nice.
Hotel was nice. They give you complimentary water bottles, which I have never been offered before staying at a hotel. Most will charge you $3 for a bottle of water, so that was a plus. They also offer free cookies all day long. There was hair in the bath tub upon our arrive which grossed me out, rest of the room seemed clean though and bed was comfy.

The location was the only thing to like - rooms and overall hotel getting rather shabby - coffee pod in ice bucket (yuck) - medium roast coffee was like dirty water - strong roast like sludge - went to breakfast room and they only had flavored. Most probably won't stay at the Best Western in Ramsey again.

I reached out to the hotel about my grandmother passing away, so I could not make my reservation. Wondering if I could reschedule. They still charged me for the stay. I understand they have a business to run, but you should make an exception for a death in the family. Very shameful.

There was a small kitchen in our room.
There was a small kitchen in our room. Had to call desk to bring up flatware & plates. The breakfast was small muffins, granola bars, coffee & hit chocolate. No juice! Olive Garden next door & Holligains just down the street!
Breakfast was good and diverse, coffee and tea 24/7, clean and confortable. A quick walk to cafes, a gourmet supermarket that was superb. Ramsey has ponds, and every amenity nearby, as a train station. Very beautiful place for a visit in fall. Although on a highway, very quiet. Will stay again.
It is good value for money, and the room was clean with quality utility products. Good breakfast when compared to similar hotels. It was what we expected, a great place to stop when traveling on this road or if you want to rest before going to Woodbury Common Premium Outlet.
room needed repair bathroom door didnt close shower drained very slow bugs running around security of the room was terrible window on ground floor cheap lock. Door leading to room cheap entrance lock and the security extra lock not even installed properly
Clean, clean, clean room and outer hotel areas; friendly, helpful staff, a healthy variety of breakfast offerings, ease at maneuvering your website; quiet corridors.
Great staff, easy check in and check out breakfast was grab and go but had lots of options considering the options room and hotel was clean and enjoyable stay!
