I liked the friendliness of the staff. Whatever time of day (we left at 3:00 am) the staff was attentive and very hospitable. The rooms were cleaned and up to date. We did need to request room cleaning, I'm not used to that but I guess different customs for different times.

Couple suggestions - it would be nice to have a full size iron board so use. I had to iron a dress on a small size one. I haven't ever staying in a hotel that did not have a full size ironing board. Might be nice to have a better selection of coffee options. For the price of the hotel I do think you should offer better options since there isn't a place to have bkfst on site. Also - not everyone can sleep on down pillows (allergies, etc) Might be nice to have 2 pillows on the bed that are poly filled. Overall stay was good but might want to think of these upgrades that would be of minimal cost to hotel owner.
