Sadly... In room 133 Phone didn't work when I called for missing TV remote. Turns out the picture didn't work either only the sound. BUT OTHER THAN THAT... 11pm-clerk was VERY nice friendly. Room was CLEAN and pleasant. Very happy with room and PRICE

I was in a situation where I couldn't go somewhere else.
I was in a situation where I couldn't go somewhere else. The office had a microwave but said it hadn't been working at that time. The tub drain was clogged with hair and slime. AC kept shorting out. It was absolutely the worst and I wish I could get some of my money refunded having to buy coffee at a restaurant and pay high price for food and blankets and towels and losing money in inoperable washer. What a horrible experience.

The toilet was running all night. And all the staff members were outside smoking Marijuana and when they came in to actually help the customers that were waiting they all smelled like pot really bad and made the whole office smell. Very unprofessional. Customer service was very poor and unhelpful. For $80 a night I'd rather sleep in my car. No management to be found anywhere.
