Only stayed One night which was good because they did not...
Only stayed One night which was good because they did not have an elevator. Made this reservation. By phone at the last minute-they could have said they didn’t have an elevator and that we would have been on the second floor. We came in at midnight, exhausted only to learn we had to carry our stuff up to the second floor. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly. Sorry, we would not be willing to stay here again . Who has a 2-story hotel without an elevator?

Stayed here a week ago and stopping again on way home. Can't beat the price and room was clean, but bathroom could use some updating as well as carpet. Minor if just needing a place to lay your head!

Went there to visit Wilson Lake to do some fishing, swimming...
Went there to visit Wilson Lake to do some fishing, swimming, exploring and picnicing. But do to all of the rain this year the lake was high and every where we tried to go the areas where closed and not. accessible. Wasn't. Much more to experience at Russell.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and there was even a free breakfast included with a good varitlety of options for everyone. We travel through this area 1lonce to a few times per year and will make this a return option during our travels for sure! Thank you to everyone who maintains this hotel and makes it a great place to stay!

The facilities are fancy or new but the location and breakfast make it a great place to spend the night. Our kids loved playing in the field behind the hotel!
