Bad construction right now ... Cute town, not a lot of selection. Did find a great breakfast place, The Lone Oak Cafe. Good service, great food. Pelligrinos Italian was not a really great experience. We cancelled reservation after seeing the room.
We cancelled reservation after seeing the room. It was not a 4 star like it was rated on Booking.com. The bedspreads were dirty and stained, There were cigarette burn holes in the thread bare sheets, The white towel were thread bare and grey . It was not clean nor did it feel safe. The owner looked at the room with us and agreed to refund my money for my 3 night stay . He also refunded the first night rate that he didn't have to. We stayed there 4 or 5 years ago for a wedding in Sanger and the place wasn't fancy , but it was clean. Not sure what happened.

You cannot beat the cleanliness, the friendly staff, and the overall quality of the room. For the price, it's unbeatable. If you need to be anywhere near Denton or Gainesville, this is a perfect place to pick... ESPECIALLY for being under the $100 price point. It eclipses some of the budget hotels in Denton that cost $50 more, which is why I don't mind the 10 minute drive.AltunaUnited States
