The establishment is very beautiful, and the staff is kind. The breakfast comes in a box, but it was good (muffin, juice, croissant and tangerine)

the hotel is very quiet, could be the fact that we were there mid week. This is the second time we have stayed at this location. Staff is friendly and helpful.

great location if you have a hire car and want to visit the coast (eg Nantucket) but also fairly close to the subway to get the red line into Boston town (and avoid driving in the busy traffic). perfect living room area with TV and lots of good channels for chilling out with the family after a busy day of sight-seeing. well equipped kitchen with great coffee machine and fridge with ice and water dispenser. lots of space for us to get a decent-sized bedroom each (we were a family of four). the wonderful Granite Street cafe was 5 minutes walk - lovely staff - and a great way to start our day with a traditional breakfast (what a selection on the menu!). There was a 7 11 shop also 5 minutes walk for initial supplies when we arrived. then a great larger walgreen supermarket 5 minutes drive with a pharmacy next door on granite street. and an excellent Chinese carry out place nearby too (China chopsticks). highly recommend the Fat Cat restaurant in nearby Quincy centre: huge portions of delicious food. the host was very helpful and communicated promptly throughout. highly recommend visits to Scituate (gorgeous place!) and Nantasket Beach (golden sand!). plus if you can get to Nantucket, cycle up to Sconset (so beautiful!).
I like Scituate but not the staff at The Inn At Scituate...
I like Scituate but not the staff at The Inn At Scituate Harbor. They were rude. No greeting at check in since the front desk person had an attitude. The shops near the hotel were close by. The food is very good in Scituate. We had fish, of course. The fishing trollers go out early to get their catch. Scituate is lucky to have such access to fresh seafood.Beautiful sights too!

Scituate is off the beaten path on the way to Cape Cod so there are no crowds but the amenities and beaches equal the Cape. Seeing a real fishing trawler unloading a catch was fascinating and finding that the fishermen started at 3am and then return by 3pm was a surprise. Parking was never a problem and much was within easy walking in or from the harbor.

The views from the inn are beautiful & busy with activity from the fishermen. The location provides opportunities to walk to the lighthouse for ambitious walkers & a downtown area offering nice shops to plunder in as well as restaurants, ice cream shops & an historic bowling alley that is upstairs and still operating above a hardware store.

This town seemed peaceful after visiting some towns along the coast that were very busy. It gave you time to breath and relax. Came her to hopefully grab a charter fishing which seems to be very nearby.
Enjoyed a nice dinner overlooking the harbor.
The Inn at Scituate is a nice place. Clean and comfortable. But, being that it’s in Scituate where everything is expensive, the rates are as well. I guess you have to pay for the location.
The only staff we ever saw was behind the front desk. And everyone was pleasant. We didn’t get to use the pool, so we can’t comment on that. But it is a nice feature to have. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but nothing special. The views and surrounding area are beautiful.
This place was great , the staffs were friendly and very accommodating. The location was prime, there are great restaurants, coffee shops, unique boutiques all walking distance from the inn. The view of the harbor was breathtaking. Would absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking to get away and enjoy this piece of paradise.
Fantastic view of Scituate Harbor from our bed. Breakfast was delicious, plentiful and healthy. What a pleasure to walk five minutes to a waterfront restaurant for dinner. Staff was ultra friendly. Environment was extremely quiet and peaceful. What a great relaxation.
The breakfast was simple but good enough for me. Coffee, tea, cereal, yogurt, muffins and fruit. Our room is across the water and we had a nice view of the harbor. Very quaint, peaceful little town!
