It was fairly comfortable. It is close to the beach.
The view it’s nice. But the rooms are not what i expected specifically for the pricing. The rooms are small. Smaller than other hotels in seaside.
There are multiple things that need work and maintenance. The bathroom fan didn’t work, the balcony door and net are the hardest things ever to slide open, the pull out bed is unstoppable, the water pressure is weak and the seal from the main door is broken. The beds are comfortable but it seemed as if the didn’t changed our fitted sheet; it smelled weird compared to the other sheets and there were multiple hairs. We were told to come in through the main entrance as well as leave but a guest told us about the side doors from the building. Our requested accommodation were the opposite of what we requested: away from the elevator = put feet away from it & top floor= middle floor.
When asked to move room we were ignored. The dog few rooms dog barked and barked and the. Hall was busy busy that it made it hard to sleep at night or nap during the day. I was very disappointed with the stay. We love going to seaside to distress and it was disappointing to not be able to rest and be woken up early in the morning. We paid less at another hotel with the same view and balcony. I wish they would had shown they actually wanted to help when we asked to move us room the second night. I will not be returning.

I absolutely love Seaside during the fall, winter, and spring. It's a quaint, quite, welcoming, small town with great tourist amenities. There are several decent restaurants and lodging options. Everything is just minutes away from the beach. You can't go wrong here. The summer though, it becomes quite crowded and difficult to get through unless on foot, but is no less charming.

Very quiet, relaxing place. Great eateries.
Very quiet, relaxing place. Great eateries. Loved watching the crab boats and sunsets. Seaside Brewery is a great place as is Dundees Donuts (my husband left our credit card there and the owner took the time to find us to give it back...very impressive!)

The town focus is for summer beach tourists with families.
The town focus is for summer beach tourists with families. There are arcades, bumper cars, .... The very large beach is a the end of the street through town. We had business in Seaside or would have stayed in Cannon Beach.
Absolutely the best room available. We were in the top corner of the facility and the view was exceptional. We had a perfect view, our room was quiet, clean and I loved the jetted hot tub and the hotel supplied bath salts for this. I appreciated not being right in town so our beach was a bit quieter. The restaurants within walking distance were the best we ate at. Having a small grocery store near by was a nice little extra to walk for snacks.
We booked a lower cost room without view and were upgraded to a room with corner window views of the beach. The bed was comfortable; the room was clean, and the shower had good water pressure. The location right on the promenade and close to restaurants and fun activities made this a wonderful value and a great hotel. I went out to watch the sunset on the beach. Someone was blowing gigantic bubbles and it was a fun memory.
I had a reservation for a Studio Suite when I got to my room I realized it was a upgrade! I had a view & knew that was not in the description when I booked. I come to Seaside & Cannon Beach every year for my birthday. So it was kind for the hotel to upgrade me! That has never happened anywhere else I have stayed! I have stayed at a variety of places over the years & this hotel is the best ever!
You are paying for location here. The hotel rooms feel old. But they are clean. The regular rooms feel a little jail like, with one window that opens to the outside corridor. I can’t imagine an ocean view is worth the $400+ they charge. But again right on the beach. Good restaurant. Not terrible, but think motel rather than hotel.
Amazing place to stay in Seaside. Lovely individual designed rooms. We had the sixties and the wave room. It was a very quiet place.
The staff was very helpful in describing the best places to visit in Seaside.
Only a 2 minute walk to the beach. A supermarket and a breakfast place are just opposite to the Inn.
When ever I stay at seaside this is the place. Last time I stayed I brought my pup. When the room was booked they asked for more money and that was a little weird. But all around polite staff, great room if you are gonna spend your time on the beach for a night. I only used the room to rest.
Great location to walk into Seaside. Cabin 2 was big and had everything we needed for our 2 days. The art is great to look at and is everywhere. The owner was lovely and helped me without any problem. I'd stay again just so I could find out what pillows they were as they were comfy.
Everything was hella clean and ready for us. There was nothing in the room that shouldn't have been when we arrived, and there were even cups, silverware, and an extra garbage bag set aside for us. Best hotel we've been to, and we tried 3 in seaside.
We arrived early and got to check in right away the place is in the process of being renovated but even at that was an Excellent motel right on the beach. Had a great ocean view two Queen beds Great staff with great customer service
We chose Seashore because it was on the beach and we were not disappointed. The view, the sound were very good and the Promenade added to our time and experience.
The room was adequate for us since it was just my wife and myself.
Lovely hotel, perfect for big families.
Big and comfortable suite with a well-equipped kitchen.
The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable.
Two full bathrooms in a suite - a big advantage.
This place is awesome. We stay there every time we go. Pet friendly..Kind caring staff. Clean and Quiet
Super reasonable price. The mini suites are great..
Cooking at the hotel saves money.
This is a nice hotel right in the middle of everything in Seaside. The staff were friendly, our room was clean and comfy, and the price, at least in off-season, is very nice.
