Salt Hotel, hotel in Seaview

Located in Ilwaco and within 50 km of Seaside Civic Convention Center, Salt Hotel features a bar, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi throughout the property.

The location by the harbour. We were able to access the headland walk for Cape Disappointment and Discovery Trail directly from the hotel. Plenty of parking opposite and interesting to see a working port with boat repair facilities. The only downside was the fact that due to staff shortages the pub for dining options is closed two nights a week. However, there are several other restaurants near Long Beach.

I lived in Long Beach for 4 yrs., loved it that’s why I returned. The choice of hotel was enough to ruin my much needed rest and tranquility. It was the worst value for the money I have ever spent on a room, no exaggeration. I had to drive 4 hours home after getting zero sleep due to the noise, lousy bed, no air conditioning and a window you can’t close. Even having a coffee maker would have been a nice gesture, but nothing. I just wanted out of there, it smelled like stinky feet too, YUK!

The longest beach in the world should be visited given the opportunity, can drive on the beach here too. Small communities w nice folks. Found plenty of good food and fun shops. Washington sales taxes and the peninsula isolation does drive gas and goods costs up some. If you enjoy clamming this is it!!

    Loved it..

Loved it.. My husband loved the abundance of reading material on the history of the area. It was only three miles from the kite festival in Long Beach which is why we were visiting. What a wonderful experience. Looking forward to next year. Seaview was great because it was away from the congestion and crowds. We found plenty of parking available to the festival. It's a walk but we enjoyed it. I'm a cook so we enjoyed cottage cooked meals with lots of fresh seafood and side dishes. The TV was large And we enjoyed some great old movies on TCM. Also great walking and hiking trails. Loved the people watching.

Seaview is the southern "town" in a string of villages along the western shore of Long Beach peninsula; you probably won't know which town you're actually in, but it won't matter. The astonishingly long north-south beach is accessible from any of them, and in many places you can drive on the beach, right along side the ocean waves. Restaurants run the gamut from fast food to gourmet, Mexican to Thai, and we've yet to find a bad one. Festivals, events and concerts fill the summer, but come in late August for the International Kite Festival, and we think you'll come back. Worked for us, anyway!

I generally stay in Washington state parks. This was my first time ever staying in a private park. It was clean and very close to a state park quality except spacing. If you’re looking for state park level privacy then you probably wouldn’t like this much. We stayed in a yurt right next to a tether ball and we could hear every word as if they were right in our room so if that bothers you then skip this location. Otherwise great for groups and families, AWESOME location! Very short walk to the beach

Upon driving up, this hotel stands out instantly with so much charm. The staff were very friendly and provided flawless service. The restaurant downstairs has beautiful food and was so great to just walk upstairs to retire to the room. The rooms were very charming and cozy. Well appointed amenities. The spa services and pool access at Adrift was very nice. Recommend to go to also go to the restaurant at Adrift as they have uninterrupted views of the coast!

Loved the claw-foot bath - nice and deep. The kitchen was adorable and very serviceable for vacation cooking needs. For being near a main drag, it was very quiet. Loved how it was within walking distance of Long Beach and also very close to Seaview’s own little beautiful spots and eating places (highly recommend The Depot Restaurant!). We hardly drove anywhere; we just walked.

Furnished with Scandinavian simplicity, this old cottage tastefully modernized and is both comfortable and utilitarian. Exceptionally clean. Located at the "foot" of the Long Beach peninsula, it is close to the beach cities, parks, and Oregon. Excellent value for a modest price.

Wanted a reasonable place with a kitchenette near Astoria, this was lovely, a one bedroom cabin with a bathroom (shower only), kitchenette and living room, not far from the beach and a walking trail from the site. It was a half hour drive to Astoria, and it's a beautiful drive

This historical hotel is very charming with hospitable staff. The fact that they are owned by Adrift is great, as you can rent bikes, use the pool and sauna, and do a spirit tasting all for free at their main property.
