Comfy beds and pillows, easy and quick connection to Manhattan. Amaaaazing breakfast (as European it just missed the espresso machine to be 100%, but I give it a 97%, sorry Americans, but filter watered coffee is disgusting)

I would have preferred freshly prepared omelets and grits. Breakfast was hot and average. Powdered eggs, oatmeal, french toast, hash browns, the usual. There were several different options for breakfast.

The staff are pretty rude, everything is always locked 24/7, even the front entrance door!! The pool is cold outside and the parking is so dangerous I would not recommend any elderly or children to go there.
The good side is the hotel is clean, tons of staff and the breakfast was delicious. So it depends what you are looking for, but this is not a romantic gateway believe me.

Very much liked the convenience of a bus right outside the hotel that took me into NY in 15 min. Liked the breakfast but very much missed fresh vegetables which were entirely missing. Fruit was nice, but I think salad or fresh veggies are a must, and less fried and sweet options would be healthier.
The room was nice but missing hooks and places to hang towels and other items.

We found the hotel was perfect, the location is awesome.
We found the hotel was perfect, the location is awesome. Right across the street is the 320 which takes you into New York City Port Authority which is only a 5 minute walk to Time Square. The breakfast was good, I have no complaints about it. It's a basic breakfast toast, cereal bagel coffee! The room are amazing and the bed was super comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

I lived there for over two weeks. Everything was fine. If I came to New York next time, I would choose this hotel. Affordable price for an eastern european. I had a room facing the river and beautiful greenery outside the window. I recommend

Good location for visiting friends I had spread across North...
Good location for visiting friends I had spread across North Jersey. Close to Newark, Meadowlands, Bloomfield. If needed would be easier access to New York City by car or public transit. Nearby restaurants on the Hudson river from Jersey City north to Edgewater are close( Haven, Chart House, Batello). But caveat is that other than shopping nothing to do directly in Secaucus.
The room was very spacious. It had a bedroom with a door and living room with a microwave oven, refrigerator and a small sink. Overall the hotel building is little outdated but they kept it really well.
The bus stop to New York Port Authority Bus Terminal was right across the street from the hotel. We parked our car in the huge parking garage and went to NYC by NJ Transit bus without any problems.
This was actually second time we were visiting NYC in December staying at this hotel and I thought we would make this trip many times more.
We stayed as a family of three for nine nights. Good hotel in a great location for NYC access. Route 320 stops next to the hotel and it is a 20 min ride to Port Authority bus terminal. Also lot of restaurants including a good Indian restaurant and Walmart very close by. Microwave available on each floor. Coin laundry available. A decent gym too with water dispenser. Rooms are good, not too spacious but acceptable.
Breakfast is rubbish. The hotel is under renovation and is a disaster. The location and distances they put on he internet are not true, everything is far away. When we arrived the room was not ready and it was already 4:30pm and the room did not have hot water.
I don’t know why my stay doesn’t included breakfast when I didn’t my reservation was included also total amount is 250 but they charged 305 they said 50 dollars for deposit but now one week later and i don’t have my money back. So i don’t recommend this hotel.
The bus to NY is driving directly infront of the hotel.
The area seems to be safe and is quite. Supermarket is also only 5 minutes away and several restaurants available. The hotel seems to be old but clean. Staff is really nice and supportive.
The hotel staff was super friendly and had good information for getting to NYC easily. Betsy gave me a city-facing room since it was my first stay with them. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom set-up was really nice.
I liked pretty much everything at the hotel. Most especially the convenient bus #320 which takes only 15 minutes to Port Authority Terminal ! It comes every 10-15 minutes. Very convenient for visiting NY.
Room was nice and comfortable. The AC kept us cool. Plenty of restaurants and fast food around the corner for quick eats. Walmart was only 8 minutes away for buying stuff to cook inside of the hotel!
I loved the hotel. First time staying here with friends and family but it's worth it. Will tell everyone. Tops was the breakfast. (Super)
Thank you all
