When I arrived the property was scary from the outside. Very run down. No lighting in the hallways. The office was locked, with no lights even after I was inside alone with a male employee. The room was renovated, but huge locks on the inside. (Why, is there crime. The pool was very clean.

Judy the receptionist was superb the place was spotless excellent breakfast. Perfect for the Sand key ferry. Nice little pool for cooling off. Highly recommended.

Our room, suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, was so great. We loved that there was a kitchen with a dinner table and a living room, too. So much space! The pool area looked beautiful. A grocery store was right next to the hotel. Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach are quite near.
