1. Towels needs to be replaced. Very old, thin and not quite absorbent any longer. Not too white, kind of beige already.
2. breakfast was terrible. Hardly any choice. Practically just coffee and muffins.
3. Poor upkeep of the surroundings, carpets needs vacuuming, especially the stairs going up.

room was dirty the bottoms of my socks had heavy soiling on them and the room had ants so we had to get rid of all our food with no compensation. gm was very rude and gave us threats to remove us from the hotel if we discussed any problems with our room to other guests. felt like he was going to kick us out at any time and never got any apologies for the problems with the room.

It's a good place to visit but this time around I was disappointed with Lake Compounce. Not enough help there. Rides and places to eat in park were closed. No hand sanitizer or soap in bathroom. I will not be going back there.

I stayed here because it was affordable and not too far from the places I was going to while I was in CT. The only part of Southington I saw was the street by the hotel. There was a variety of places to eat and the people I met were friendly.

Housekeeping so poor! Blood on pillows. AC didn't work!! Tried 4 different rooms and found each room not clean. Got a refund and left! Clearly Housekeeping is not a priority! Also no bed covers on bed and pillows. When I asked about that the guy didn't have an an answer. He said Idk. It's just plain disgusting there. I would not recommend AT ALL.Carolyn - 10Scored 10
Beautiful suburban area with lots of foliage, quiet area yet...
Beautiful suburban area with lots of foliage, quiet area yet you can be "yourself", restaurants and shopping areas close by..... Lake Compounce amusement park practically feet away. Very easy to access neighboring towns and highway. No traffic!!!

The staff members were extremely helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make my stay as perfect as possible! My room was so clean and quiet, and completely furnished with frig, microwave, coffee, toiletries and more. I would definitely stay again! And last but not least, the morning breakfasts were excellent. I’d rate this place 10+!
