The location of the hotel is excellent for the business I needed to conduct. The food was very good as well. The room was large and comfortable for 1-2 people. There were so many shops nearby as well, but it had just snowed, so very cold!

The hotel is excellent! Staff is amazing!!! Room is excellent too, but the freeway noise is very disturbing. Also, the neighbors were very noisy with the tv on in loud volume since 6am.
Hilton honors does not consider points booked on 3rd party website. I had no idea about that. Seems Booking.com booked my room that had the freeway on the back, and it was the most noisy place.
I will return to Hampton to stay as I loved the hotel room (other than the noise), and especially the staff. But, I might not book through Booking.com because of the above reasons.

The worst customer service, the inability to accommodate and the lies, just too much to deal with, lack of communication and did I mention the lies, I never saw the location because it was given to another family after we paid so if you want to be ripped off ($550) lied to and left with no options by all means use this company for your next stay

Kid Clubhouse- amazing indoor features. 2-12 there going to gave fun. The Barrel. Great food and music friendly staff. Newspring church. Very warm welcoming place. Amazing pastors. Neither the hotel site nor the corporate site tell you there's no hot breakfast. This was a hugh inconvenience for us and should have been explained when we checked in. We were looking forward to relaxing in the pool after 12hrs on the road only to find the indoor pool was cold. The ice machine on our floor was out of order and the toilet in our room had a film in it from the water standing too long. I understand these are difficult times for the travel industry, but that's all the more reason to do better.

Springboro is a great location to stay.
Springboro is a great location to stay. Major tourist destinations are located within 30 minutes of the Austin Landing Hotel. There is easy highway access and the main local roads are easily accessible as well. It was a quick weekend I visited louisville ky on fri night then went to springboro on sat to have dinner with my boyfriends aunt so we didnt get to do to much..they told me there is alot of things to do around there so it is a trip i will be planning again but for alittle longer.

The hotel is right across the street from Bob Evans and there is a McDonalds, Applebees, Tim Hortons, waffle house, long John Silvers, Wendy's within a block walk. Convience store/gas station next door. It is 9 miles from Outlet mall, 2 flea markets and a casino
