I liked the breakfast service. I liked the comfort that the room provided. I liked particular staff members who were friendly and helpful. I liked that there was a shuttle service to the airport provided every half an hour. It was quiet and I was able to rest without disturbance (only once by room cleaner). I liked the furniture in the room - a desk and chair to work, and a sofa to lie on to watch TV and range of lights. The art works on the wall were dark but interesting.

The location is good to be able to shop as mall close by and lots transportation options into city .the staff are courteous and responsive however the room stank of cigarettes and requested non smoking . The furnishings were clean yet not adequate . Both lamps missing shades and all outlets were very worn out and not hold plug well making them useless . The refrigerator worked ok but not a single cup or utensils so take plastic for use. Also inadequate trash container in room . Can’t open curtains as ground level rooms and bright security lights shine in window at night

I'm encountering much difficulty with Booking.com, who...
I'm encountering much difficulty with Booking.com, who apparently failed to process reservation for one of my parties and failed to properly cancel another reservation with the Springfield Courtyard Marriott. Despite getting confirmation from Booking on my cancellation 3 weeks in advance of planned stay, the Marriott did not receive any notice from Booking and is charging me $195 penalty. Booking needs to clean up their act. And to add insult to injury, Booking is twice charging me their $14.99 "processing fee" despite Marriott not receiving any notice from booking for me 1 reservation (we were lucky there were vacancies) and 1 cancellation

Springfield is a great place.
Springfield is a great place. Everything you need such as shopping and restaurants are localized.everyone was really polite.the springfield diner and olive garden was wonderful. With so many shops such as target homedepot and quite alot of sores Christmas shopping was east. MICE and Bed Bug Infested I’m still itching I checked out 6am with my 1 year old because of the bugs I was bit 3 times twice on back and foot mice will eat thru your bread and food no matter how high up you put it I won’t ever return and they have stains everywhere looks NASTY MY HAIR ITCHING AND ALL IM PISSED I FOUND THE BED BUD ON MY PILLOW CASE

I arrived at 6pm and the hotel didn't looked to bad from the outside. Once you entered the room a different situation arose. The carpets were filthy burn holes in bedding,the drapes were dirty and the chair I don't even want to talk about.i locked my wallet and valuables in safe. When I got back to room the safe wouldn't open. The desk clerk said he sent for mantance man.2 hours later I had to call police to retrieve my belongings.4hours later they got safe opened and I could get out of there. The police man asked me what I was doing there? I told him mom was in hosiptal and I was with her. I told him I booked on line he said it was a bad neighborhood.i could see that.i finally left at around 10 or 1030pm. I went back to hosiptal and slept in parking lot. I better not see a bill on my credit card,what if I had my family with me? You should be ashamed of yourselfs for sending people to a place like that.AAnonymousUnited States
