Reservation made by internet. Very difficult to find your hotel by an address that is not in the village of Lake George. We spent almost an hour looking for you on the road. Your identification sign is too small. The room and very well equipped. Reception a little boring. I waited my normal turn while the clerk was with a client. By his side, meanwhile ,the person who seemed to me to be manager, spoke on the phone for 10 minutes without even making us signal or make understand that we were welcome. The morning staff was quite nice. Borin eggs presenta tion ! Shoul close around 10:00 am.The beds very comfortable, clean and well made. Just like the bathroom and the windows overlooking the outside. But I would recommend your hotel. Good parking spaces.

I want to express my gratitude to the manager "sonny" who went above and beyond when a booking site overbooked this hotel. He took the time to call me back when a cancelation came in and booked room. We would have had to sleep in car if he hadn't taken the time to call even after I was quite angry and abrupt with him.. Best experience I had ever and will always look to book this chain for now on.
