Swainsboro is quaint and the downtown area fountain and square are so very lovely. Good food/restaurants! Not much to do there, but a nice little GA town, especially if you want to get off of 95! US #1 is slower, but so much less stressful. I would add pictures of the Edenfield House and the beautiful fountain in the square downtown, but everything loads upside down!

The breakfast is also a standard highway hotel breakfast: a few hot items (eggs, sausage, potatoes) and some cold things like yogurt, cereal, etc. There's a waffle maker. There's a lot of food options along the road.
