Check-in. I believe the check-in staff person was Jonathon. Efficient, very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly etc etc etc. As were the 2 women at checkout - the biggest smiles. This hotel is located beside several major roads - the room was quiet! The room was very clean, comfortable and large. Thank you very much for a great stay.

    We were just passing through on our trip and stop for a night sleep. The pictures were a bit deceiving as the facility seemed a bit rundown. Customer service is excellent just the property needs an update to compete with the other hotels in the area. Still got a goodnight sleep.

    Texarkana was ok just don't bother trying to stay at Motel 6 - either one. We ended up staying at the Econolodge. It was very clean and we felt safe. The model 6 was very sketchy and I would not feel safe staying there and it was nasty

    We lived in the area for 5 years and had returned to visit...

    We lived in the area for 5 years and had returned to visit the church we attended for their Homecoming. We have a lot of memories in T Town. If you go if possible stay on the Texas side. Decent eateries along I 30 with good local joints off the beaten path. Downtown has some revitalizations ongoing. Old town charms. State line runs through the middle of the courthouse. Enjoy

    There is nowhere to eat after 10pm.

    There is nowhere to eat after 10pm. Only a couple of places to choose from. There isn't a truly nice affordable hotel. Working ppl can't afford the prices for a decent hotel but shouldn't have to settle for filthy accommodations where they're afraid to let their kids leave the room alone because of all the activity of all kinds going on in and all around the parking lots.

    I paid in full for a week.

    I paid in full for a week. Day 3 when I arrive hotel was shut down. Security guard rudely referred me over two another Baymount Inn across who had no rooms available. Had to run into the mgr of Wyndhum garden in Baymount lobby who stated they were not going to provide a refund. Tried calling corp. telephone next day and they said it must be provided by hotel since booked through hotel. Hotel cust svc line was inoperable. So Im paying full price at another hotel as Baymount could not even provide another Wyndham to honor at least the existing stay. I had not and not and have not recieved a single text, email, or telephone call.

    Texarkana holds a family history with my family which...

    Texarkana holds a family history with my family which continues to grow as does the city. Texarkana is constantly growing and adding big town attractions. Stayed at the Comfort Suites that is located right behind the Cracker Barrel Restaurant. Many shops, motels and restaurants to choose from in this central location..
