Very bad experience with this property. Day before our trip they cancel the reservation with out any reason and ignored messages from me and Booking.com. We spent the night in adjoining king suites with our 6 grandkids for a holiday stay-cation. We had a blast. The most fun was wearing our PJ's to the dining are and watching TV and playing games that evening. Hilton made our Christmas Stay-cation extra special! Thanks.

This is a nice area to hang out and there is plenty to do. It also has a beautiful atmosphere. Grandscape is still being developed. There are things to do in other areas of The Colony. I am looking forward to staying again in the future. Some of the entertainment includes attractions for all ages, a movie theater, live music, a Ferris wheel, shopping, beautiful restaurants, nice areas to walk around outdoors, and plenty of free parking.AngelaUnited States - 4.0Scored 4.0
Public areas seemed clean. The room was quiet.
Public areas seemed clean. The room was quiet. Negatives were many. With no daily room attention, we were also told they had no more coffee pods or daily supplies for the room. The breakfast {not included} was terrible. We ate out after that. The baked goods {bread, muffins, etc} were out in the open air getting stale. There were no attendants monitoring the steam table for proper temperature. There was an egg dish with what looked like velveeta cheese in it, and it was terrible. There was pancake syrup and no way to make pancakes. We even had to ask for coffee. There was no black tea available, only decaf, and the water was barely luke warm.Holder - 10Scored 10

My room was just musty, damp and humid like there was a bad water leak and it wasn't properly dried out. The hot breakfast bar was great. They offered a great variety of choices. I would most definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable night's stay.DDawnUnited States

The hotel was clean everything was updated. The pool was clean. The staff was really helpful and check in and out was quick. The neighborhood is great all the restaurants and stores you can possibly think of within a two mile radius. Grandscape is right across the highway. They have live bands, restaurants and a huge arcade with go carts. Perfect location!
