We had a 2nd floor room with a nice sea view. The room was very spacious, and the bed was very confortable. Everything was clean. The breakfast is simple but the products (muffins, fruits, yogurts) are good. The location of the hotel is nice (almost on the beach). Overall, great value for money.

Loved the view from the room. Watching the sunset over the water was beautiful. So close to town also.
Truro is so lovely. I like how it’s further off the grid than other parts of the Cape and less touristy. It’s got some incredible beaches along the National Seashore and a good number of them are dog friendly. Truro has some great restaurants, the winery, and the golf course too so it offers something for everyone.

We have been coming to Truro (from Germany!)
We have been coming to Truro (from Germany!) for 40 years now. Our children grew up knowing Truro as a highlight of their year. Now they have children of their own, and they still come to Truro. We have seen people, shops, and landscape changes come and go, but we always get drawn back, and our friends and relatives all agree with our choice. That little stretch of space between P-town and Wellfleet is where we want to be.

We went for mashroom picking and had a great time doing it.
We went for mashroom picking and had a great time doing it. The area is wonderful, short driving to all sites for mashroom picking, P-town, beaches with open views. We had to go to our friend's place to wash mashrooms and make dinner out of our catch there, because our place didn't have accomodation for that.

It was my first time staying in Truro and the reason for it was its accommodations/proximity of the hostel to Provincetown which is where I spent most of my time. So I can't really speak about Truro. I will have to go back to explore it.

We wanted a beach cottage, no frills, and that is what we got. The deck is fabulous and the scenery is perfect. And we were so close to Provincetown for dinners and breakfast. We are not a young couple, but we love the Cape. We drove around the outer cape, we walked the beaches, we played golf at Highland Links, we ate at the Lobster Pot and also Napi's - both were excellent. For breakfast there is no place like Liz's Cafe - superb. We had a wonderful time.We also enjoyed the Wellfleet Thrift Shop and found wonderful things there.
