Excellent customer service. The microwave in our room was not working; within 15 minutes it was replaced. The pool area had no towels; reported to front desk, was immediately given towels for our family to use, within 10 minutes the pool towels were replenished. Well, we got there very early in the morning and our room had been given to someone else (I tried to call twice and I emailed that we were going to be really late) but the gentleman at the front desk apologized and got us another room ASAP and it was a great room, plenty of room for me and my family to be totally comfortable and had a nice view of the city! The people during the day at the front and other staff was approachable and very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and the pool area was clean and my kids had a blast. We enjoyed most of our and mostly had a great experience.
