Comfy bed, good heating, very basic kitchenette with coffee pod machine, microwave and fridge which was enough for us to heat up some dinner and have a basic breakfast in the morning. Location is very close to Grand Canyon NP without the price tag of some of the closer hotels. Great communication and tips from the hosts.

You might pay a little more than for other motels/hotels, but you get rewarded with a house with all the equipment you need to feel comfortable with.

A beautiful and private location to visit the grand canyon. Although the winter nights were cold they provided extra sleeping bags upfront. Overall a very cozy place with beautiful views.

This place is awesome, such an experience!! Great views, great pod, super comfortable bed…. So worth the drive to experience something slightly different. The communal fire-pit, and food truck set up is cute too.

Grubby, broken electrical and plumbing fittings, tired and staff were not good at their jobs, the maintenance tech made issues worse, the front desk staff were unhelpful. A bad experience especially the switcheroo trick

The hotel itself and its location were satisfactory.
The hotel itself and its location were satisfactory. However, I encountered issues with the professionalism of the front desk staff, as well as discrepancies between the room I booked and the one provided. Additionally, I was surprised by unexpected charges that exceeded my initial expectations.

Location to Grand Canyon South Entrance was great.
Location to Grand Canyon South Entrance was great. Odd having 2 bathrooms for 4 people but no seating area for kitchen. Fine for short stay but would have been more difficult for a longer stay. Nice that there was a small town on way to Grand Canyon but best to get supplies in Flagstaff if going to stay longer.

The location was a reasonable proximity to the grand canyon, but there was nothing else that would encourage me to stay here again. The restaurant was closed, the room had an off-putting smell, the sink leaked and there was no cold water in the tap line, the shower faucet was almost falling off, the toilet ran most of the night, the mattresses were terrible, and it was incredibly loud.

Do not stay there!!!!! No Wi-Fi, filth and broken objects. Stairs leading up to second floor are full of hair and indescribable objects. Nasty!!!!!!! Our tv did not work and the fire detector was outside broken.

The road to the property is horrible, but the homes themselves for the price and what our family needed were perfect. Basic groceries once we got there, I would recommend grabbing in another town as prices are CRAZY with and close to the Grand Canyon.
The commute to visit the park was so easy, and better than an expensive hotel with less amenities and hearing all the neighbors in a hotel is a hard pass for us! This tiny home met our needs
The location is fabulous. Views amazing, peaceful and super quiet. 20mins to Grand Canyon park entrance, 30 mins to visitor centre. It felt like home. The hairdryer was missing, within 30 mins of a message late in the evening someone brought one! Brilliant team here, asked us if we needed anything. Arrive with all the food you need from Williams or Flagstaff, food is really expensive in the park general store.

The price is RIGHT!!! The location is amazing, super close to grand canyon. We were the first people at the canyon and didn't have to drive 2 hours. Parking was great right in front of the tent. We got in super late so it was convenient to be able to drive right to our site.
the location was close to Grand Canyon, easy check in, lots of parking space and comfy beds! showers were pretty small but still functional! there is a fridge and microwave in the room which was nice. would recommend if just staying the night to get to Grand Canyon :)
Location is good if you are visiting Grand Canyon (40 minute car drive), considering price difference with hotels inside the park. We arrived late but check in was quite easy.
