I am a runner and having the Wabash River Trail a few blocks away was perfect. Good food across town. I could navigate this town very easily and the number of big old historic homes were worth driving around town for.

Old and out dated. Carpet was gross. Not worth the price.

Old and out dated. Carpet was gross. Not worth the price. Hot tub out of order. Shower didn’t spray well. Towels scratchy. Bed too hard. Not enough food at breakfast. Hard to get to location. Only thing good was it was fairly close to we’re we were going.

The newly renovated Eagles Theatre (at a cost of $10 million) is beautiful and a must-see. My group enjoyed a tour and a dinner served in a room near the lovely ballroom on the fourth floor. The ballroom has been restored to its former 1906 glory with hand-painted ceilings and other intricate details and features by local artisans. Our meal was catered by Eugenia's from the Honeywell Center and was delicious. Wabash has a thriving downtown with new shops to explore. The town is hilly with lovely large historic homes. A great place to visit!

    It is what it is...

It is what it is... This town has so much potential to be a great in-between town leading to Ft. Wayne, Kokomo. I really thing the Honeywell Center is awesome! The town needs more restaurants and maybe attract the Arts Community to come and live there as well.

Wabash has much to share for any visitors.

Wabash has much to share for any visitors. Great restaurants, the Honeywell Center where wonderful shows are held and much local history. I am a quilter so love the two quilt stores, Nancy J’s and Heaven on Earth. There is a great used bookstore downtown, and a local museum. Wabash is easy to drive or walk around.
