It was a good stay. The woman at the desk when I checked out gave me the biggest smile ever and it lit up my day. I was very comfortable and safe there.

Could not beat location; close to highway, shopping, restaurants, etc. Can't comment on breakfast, as when we went to eat it was all gone and the staff was cleaning up. Did appreciate that bathroom was outfitted with very nice toiletries.

I was there for my birthday cerebration, it were a distant from my event, but worth the travel. I ate in Ft. Lauderdale, and my event was hosted at Kaluz Restaurant very nice place, the food is great. I was only here for a few days, therefore i didn't get to visit places and spots.

I booked this room through Booking.Com and paid for it...
I booked this room through Booking.Com and paid for it using our credit card on 04/19/202. The charged amount was $179.67. We booked the room on the way to the hotel as it is three hours away. When I got the the desk clerk stated it would be $179.67. I said we already paid through Booking.com. We then showed her our bank statement on line showing the payment already posted on our account. She took my card and said sometimes it takes a awhile to show up She then ran my card for $179.67. I explained I already paid through booking.com. She stated OK, looked though her computer and said Ok I see it now. Stated the $179.67 she ran would come off card as she seen its already been paid. A week later the $179.67 was not taken back from our account. We called Hampton Inns. Clerk was not help and we were connected to the manager. The manger said she could not figure it out and she would forward the information to the cooperate office for the fiscal department and someone would be calling me from there. As of 05/14/2021 I have not heard back from anyone. I will not be using Hampton Inn or any of there family of hotels anymore. This is first time I have had any problems with Booking.com. But I do wish someone could look into this matter as it is very disappointing.
