Pool looked great in pictures but it was unfortunately out...
Pool looked great in pictures but it was unfortunately out of order. Because it was a big reason for going, and I shared that with front desk, I'd have appreciated a small gesture / make up gift. The price was an incredible deal. The room was very decent, however some people next door we just so obnoxious kept screaming with no respect whatsoever for other customers. We called the front desk for some sheets for the sofa bed they never showed up.

Meh-between high employees not knowing what they’re doing and telling me I didn’t pay for a room when my receipt clearly says it! There was a guy in the pool who told us not to use the whirlpool jets cuz rust came out the jets and u could still feel the rust in a pile at the bottom with ur feet.GROSS!

Cleaned myself before staying considering we booked rooms for us and guests. was a little embarrassed because it was so dirty- garage behind the tv/entertainment/dresser. the floors didn’t even look vacuumed and the the walls/front of furniture were gross. Pool area was very dirty- food, garbage, bandaid by the pool side. paint chips from the pool area everywhere n just filthy floor- also pool was freezing. Was not impressed.
