I really enjoyed my stay here. It was close to everything I wanted plus some. The staff was friendly but not overbearing. The room was clean and comfy with no noise from others or traffic. Much bigger and nicer than I expected

Staff was super nice and helpful. They arranged a shuttle to the airport at 3:45 am.
One of the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in..
It may not be the newest hotel on the block but it is very clean and in good shape. At almost half the price of the newer ones, it's a no brainer.

It was disgusting and i will never stay there again. Front staff was very friendly and then it went all down hill from there. Room was disgusting had random hair all over boggers on the wall in the bathroom. Also had trash left behind trash cans.

We were pleasantly surprised at how well lit the property was. The room was clean and tidy, new flooring with no carpet was great, clean bathroom (except door jamb (see below) The air conditioning worked great and did not run noisy. Towels were fresh (but on thinner side, of course)

The location was great for our needs.
The location was great for our needs. The indoor pool was small but available for use.
I think even a grab and go breakfast could have had more choices.
There are lots of dining options in the area.

Booking.com arranged for "back-up" accommodations when original reservations were denied at downtown facility. Had to pay 3 times as much for an inferior room 7 miles out of town which led to multiple expensive Uber rides to attend tradeshow at convention center.

Uncomfortable, dirty, potentially hazardous.
Uncomfortable, dirty, potentially hazardous. When I tried to call the front desk my calls were left unanswered and with the blood that was splattered on the ceiling it made me very uncomfortable. What if I was to come into contact with the biohazard and contract some disease??

I have been staying at motel6 woods cross probably 80 times in the past 3 years and never had a problem until the last trip last month when the toilet valve stuck and flooded the room. Well it happened again this trip. The Guy at the front desk told me I was not welcome at the motel anymore after staying there every time in 3 years. He's not anything close to being a good manager. I should have been apologize to!!!!! Not my fault plumbing is faulty!!!
For a lower priced hotel room, it certainly was high end quality. They had all of their promised amenities open (pool, breakfast, dining room), unlike so many other hotels I've been too. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a fire alarm with a low battery in my room, and the front receptionist immediately took care of it for me. The King Suite was very spacious, and I was very pleased with a clean, working spa tub. I was very happy with my stay and I will definitely be staying with them again.
We did not have high expectations. Had to stay at a Motel 6 while traveling because Garth Brooks concert had filled up the motels in the area. We were pleasantly surprised at how well lit the property was. The room was clean and tidy, new flooring with no carpet was great, clean bathroom (except door jamb (see below) The air conditioning worked great and did not run noisy. Towels were fresh (but on thinner side, of course)
I chose this hotel because it was literally just down the hill from the U of U hospital, which was very convenient.
I was very happy with the service I received, as well as my overall stay at this hotel. I was surprised with the choice of breakfast items that were available, including waffles, hot & cold cereal, as well as coffee & 3 kinds of juice!
I would definitely stay here again!
The location is very convenient next to to the interstate and there are many restaurants within easy walking distance from the hotel. The hotel room is very spacious and the hotel's morning breakfast offers a variety of options. The parking lot is well lit and the area felt very safe.
I absolutely plan on calling booking.com in the morning. This particular stay was THE worst, hotel stay I’ve had ever! I’ve been in the process of finalizing an already difficult trip, and haven’t had the chance to sit down and call yet. But need to talk to booking.com about a refund.
