Our 2 day stay at this hotel was a very good experience. The hotel is in a walking distance to the old city of Hoi An but still very quiet. Kevin and team were very kind and so helpful. They arranged our transit from and to Danang airport and waited for us for a late check in. We were also upgraded to a better room. The pool is OK

We started our trip to Vietnam in Hoi An and it was the perfect location. Really clean, amazing breakfasts, extremely friendly staff and very relaxing (the double beds were huge and very comfortable). We'd recommend La Charm to anyone. Excellent value for money.

Everything! The people are incredible! Lee is the owner of the property and takes care of the guests personally! He is very attentive and helped us with tips on where to eat and what to do and see in Hoi An. The hotel is clean and well located, the room is big and the bed is very comfortable! We didn’t book with breakfast included but we had to option to pay for the breakfast only on the days we wanted. The breakfast was prepared fresh according to what we have ordered (there’s a small menu for breakfast), everything is fresh and super clean, and they keep all the ingredients (fruits, eggs, milk, etc) in the fridge. As I have a very sensitive stomach, I think it is relevant to mention this details, and I was very satisfied!
