Location is conveniently 10min walk towards the city centre town. Vicky and her husband were so warm and welcoming, making us feel at home during our entire stay. Vicky has been so helpful with tour guides, local recommendations and booking transport for us. Facilities are good and we had a nice balcony view which was upgraded without charge.

LALUNA was an excellent place to stay in HỘI An. It was very close to the action, but once you were in the hotel, it was very calm, quiet and relaxing. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They were able to help us organise activities and bookings within HỘI An and further afield for our plans beyond HỘI An. It was more expensive than some of the other hotels we had stayed in Vietnam, but the extra cost was definitely worth it for what you get. The buffet breakfast was amazing. The pool beautiful and relaxing. I couldn’t recommend it more highly. We are a family of 2 adults and 3 kids (10, 7 and 6).

The Hotel is very clean and situated near the Old Town of Hoi An. The Staff were incredibly friendly. Kevin welcomed us with open arms and knew our names from the first day. He did a great job. They gave us very helpful tips about Hoi An, e.g. tailors, Restaurants, Cafés, Breakfast places etc. We could rent bicycles for free to get around town easily.

Ms Nga was extremely helpful and provided exceptional customer service. We arrived with no plans and she gave us lots of ideas and then when we had taken time and decided she helped us book everything. She then remembered us and out plans every time we saw her. This level of service was provided by all, for example when it started raining as we left the door man automatically handed us an umbrella. Exceptional service, comfortable bed, good shower and varied breakfast. Location is about 5-10 minute walk from the old town, which was perfect for us as it is a little away from all the noise but close enough to walk to everything.
