Amazing breakfast, we started our trip (and first time in Vietnam) at the Peridot and didn’t realise quite how spoilt we were with it..! Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel and service were excellent! As soon as I arrived, a lady showed me to my room and a gentleman carried my suitcase up to my room! I really liked this! The lady at the reception was very helpful and gave me a very detailed map of the surrounding area where she marked the main attractions I could go to and indeed I went to them all! She also gave me a list of restaurants in the nearby area, I went to the first one on the list and it was really authentic and the food was delicious! The room was amazing with all the amenities! Very comfortable bed, a great office desk with a great lamp, which I took advantage of as I had to work. The breakfast was very rich and delicious! Just before I left, the lady at the reception booked me a van and gave me two small magnets with Vietnamese figures! I really appreciated it!
