Lots of local life around hotel, near the lake and city centre. Room was OK, comfy, hot water and good AC. It was good value for money. Nothing fancy just basic stuff but bathroom was spacious.

Hotel had everything we needed but was a little tired in terms of maintenance in some (corridor) areas.
The beer garden beside the pool served great Bia Hoi and chili nuts. We had a nice waitress who was friendly and patient

Staff very helpful, used translating app, nice breakfast with more than enough food. The only small thing is that the fridge did not make anything cold and in Vietnam's hot weather, it will be a great plus if this can be rectified.
