The landlady was really nice and warm greetings. She instructed how, when, where which never miss any single detail then we could find everything easily either to access location or get into the house.
The interiors have enough eveything you need even the kitchenware if you prefer self-cooking.
The location is great with a street full of food choices, small marts such as Aeon, Winmart, CircleK, etc... just 15 mins walk to the Swan Park which is amazing for who enjoy nature, green park, lake and friendly-kid playground.
Cycling around the lake also a great option for family activity.
We super enjoyed it.

The hotel and service were excellent! As soon as I arrived, a lady showed me to my room and a gentleman carried my suitcase up to my room! I really liked this! The lady at the reception was very helpful and gave me a very detailed map of the surrounding area where she marked the main attractions I could go to and indeed I went to them all! She also gave me a list of restaurants in the nearby area, I went to the first one on the list and it was really authentic and the food was delicious! The room was amazing with all the amenities! Very comfortable bed, a great office desk with a great lamp, which I took advantage of as I had to work. The breakfast was very rich and delicious! Just before I left, the lady at the reception booked me a van and gave me two small magnets with Vietnamese figures! I really appreciated it!

Very friendly and comfortable hotel in the heart of Old quarter. Amazing staff, especially big thanks to Mr Don and Ms Snow, which were very friendly and kind, always happy to assist, as well as Ms Hana who assisted us with finding our belongings which we forgot in the hotel. and organized their delivery to our next hotel. Great breakfast, with diverse fresh and tast food, lovely pool, and very comfortable rooms. A little bit noisy from outside in the morning (motorbikes; which is quite normal as it is Hanoi), but on the other hand very good isolation from other rooms (you cannot hear any noise from other rooms). Much recommended.
