The breakfast was fantastic, not just Vietnamese food but also omletes and scrambled egg. It was included with the room.excellent value, located pretty close to town, taxis cyclops were at the top of the drive. Hosts Laura and Micheal couldn’t do enough for you. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. We liked the location, lots of shops and restaurants near by. We happened to be there on the weekend when a number of streets are closed to traffic in the area, the Gardenia is just inside that area so we could easily walk to restaurants and bars and enjoy street entertainment. It's also walking distance to the large market and the Imperial Citadel, we did take a taxi back due to the heat. Room was comfortable and large, AC worked great, breakfast was good, Vietnamese choices or omelettes, pancakes, fruit, etc. I would stay here again.
