The rooms were new, the bedlinen were perfect, the hosts were helpful and nice. A bit far from main tourist attractions, such as Tam Coc, but they are running tourist agency and could organize many kinds of tours. So if you are a lover of countryside life with comfort - this will suite you.

Candy and the team at Lamia were outstanding. They were able to assist us with where to go, booking taxi and were incredibly accommodating on all aspects. We were also able to hire a motorbike / bike from Lamia. Candy also spoke great English which was great for us speaking minimal Vietnamese. We stayed in the private room to begin with and moved to a bungalow. Both were great. Loved having dinners at the property. Good options for me with dietary requirements. The passion juice is amazing!! So sad to leave and can’t wait to come back one day.

A little place a bit further away from the usual spots of tam coc/ cuc phuong/ The owners were super friendly and helpful with arranging transport and dealing with any requests (especially sorting transport out). The place was very clean and was about as value for money as you can get in these parts.

Such a lovely homestay in Tam Coc. The owners don’t speak much English, but they are always there to help you and it’s easy to talk via Google translate. The rooms were very spacious and clean with a really nice bathroom. The property has some really cute small dogs too. The breakfast they provide was so nice as well (especially the banana pancakes!). We could hire some good quality bicycles from here too and ride around the rice fields which was so relaxing, and it’s a short ride/walk into town for restaurants. It wasn’t very busy in the homestay even though there’s a lot of rooms, they definitely deserve more customers!
