I loved everything about this property. I extended my stay and was here for a total of 3 nights which was not enough. Do your self a favour, book this place for 4 nights and Thank me later.if you are going as a couple and travelling to Ninh Binh this is the place to go. The whole area of hang mua eco garden has an air of tranquility where everything slows down and is peaceful. However it is a quick journey to where all the action is if you want to still see the busy tourist spots but also would like to be nestled away from it all. Booking.com for some reason gives this place a rating of 3 stars which is laughable as this place is better than any 5 star hotel I have been to. Firstly the family that run this Homestay are not only providing an exceptional service of looking after you, they are also 2 of the kindest people I have had the pleasure to meet. Ngoan and her husband made me feel like I was apart of their family which was something that I have never experienced when staying at any other place I have booked on booking.com.Also he is a chef and his food is gorgeous, so much so that me and my girlfriend never actually left the resort to eat, we had our breakfast, lunch and dinner there. Sweet and sour chicken was unreal. Secondly the rooms which look onto the lake with the mountains in the background are absolutely stunning and for that price and in fact above that price, you will find nothing better. The location is right in the middle of the 2 main attractions in ninh binh (Mua cave to the right and Trang an boat tour to the left) which only take a 10-15 minute bicycle ride in each direction to get there. The bikes are provided free by the homestay and are in new condition as of this review. Side note:Make sure to give mew mew the cat some of your food. He was a stray cat that decided not to leave. I would not blame him I didn’t want to leave either.

it is surrounded by mountains and paddy fields. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle in the city, this might be a good place to stay.

Enjoyed the peace.

It was so peaceful! After coming from Hanoi it was like I had stepped into heaven. The staff were great and extremely helpful. I had the most wonderful 2.5 hour treatment at the spa, while listening to the sounds of nature outside. Comfortable room with air con and comfy bed and fluffy pillows.

Great location, close to the center but in calm area under the rock, next to the rice field. Warm staff, ready to help you with everything. Rich breakfast. Spacious bungalow. Bikes to rent for free.

The Hotel is clean,the bed is comfortable,recharging energy after nights. The front desk staff are helpful and having sunshine smiles.

Very good location and new hotel

Felt like home. Great attention to detail with a lot of objects made on the premises. Great breakfast. 100m from main road with all the restaurants but nice and quiet.

I love this place. Very affordable for what you get. All family is super friendly and caring and made sure we don’t run out of toilet paper ,water and clean towels. We extended our stay twice in this place. Also breakfast is delicious and free coffee. THE WINNER IS THE VIEW AND LOCATION! So peaceful with postcard worth views everywhere . Thank you so much.

We only had the room to take a rest and store our luggage before we took the night train to Hue. The room was spacious and very clean.
