All of our clients had problems in there rooms. We booked 1 sea- view, ( which was exceptional) and 5 ( garden view )
but got at the end on arrival only 1 sea view and terrible parkingarea view rooms... no garden view?? . All of the back rooms had issues: either bathroom lights not working,, TV volume control not working, generally those rooms needs revamp, especially the bathrooms needs urgent revamps. Especially room-7 you could hear everything happening in the kitchen.

Love the scenery, the landscape, and the very family-...
Love the scenery, the landscape, and the very family-friendly atmosphere. It has a feel of Phuket, Thailand, with tropical vegetations and the roads up and down the hills. Recommend staying in the Salt Rock area at the Salt Rock Hotel: best food/drinks, service, and fantastic view of the Indian Ocean. We would definitely return to Ballito, Salt Rock area whenever we get a chance!

We liked the location of the facility.
We liked the location of the facility. It was close to stores and right next to the beach. Everything at the facility was very good. One can exercise a lot just walking up and down the stairs. Walking along the beach was great. There were many restaurants nearby.

I love Ballito because it is the cleanest area that you can never even see a smallest piece of paper flying around on the street .I love the area because it is very quite and safe. The mall was very closed to where I booked and I didn't have to travel for restaurants.
The hotel is a little tired, there are renovations taking place but it more than made up for this with the following:
Amazing staff, so pleasant and went the extra mile for us
The food - incredibly good, there was not a meal we did not enjoy
